All RIM record company members are required to participate in all Government Regulations/campaigns.
Semua syarikat rakaman ahli RIM harus melibatkan diri dalam kempen Peraturan yang diluluskan oleh Kerajaan.
All RIM members are required to assist in anti-piracy publicity campaigns organized by RIM and provide the following supported documents:-
Semua ahli RIM harus memberi kerjasama dalam publisiti kempen anti-cetak rompak RIM dan mengemukakan dokumen seperti berikut:-
- Monthly and Annual Sales Statistics (Standard format shall be provided by RIM).
  Statistik penjualan album bulanan dan tahunan (format akan diberikan oleh pihak RIM).
- Registration for RIM Music Recording Database (“MRD”) System.
  Pendaftaran hak milik album (“MRD”).
- Any other documents as may be necessary to support RIM’s anti-piracy activities.
  Dokumen-dokumen seterusnya yang diperlukan untuk menyokong anti-cetak rompak RIM.
All members must provide monthly and annual Sales Statistics to the RIM office.
Semua ahli harus mengemukakan Statistik Penjualan bulanan dan tahunan kepada RIM.]
Please note that you will be requested to sign the attached declaration that you will not be involved in piracy upon approval of membership by RIM.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa anda dikehendaki menandatangani sebuah dokumen bahawa anda tidak akan melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti cetak rompak apabila permohonan anda diluluskan untuk menjadi ahli RIM.
Please take note that RIM reserves the rights to request additional documentations from RIM members for verification purposes.
